Abstract:

Background: Vice Chairs for Education play an increasingly important role in academic medicine. They often serve in supportive roles overseeing educational initiatives and faculty development, ensuring that education remains prioritized. Literature in this area is limited, especially in obstetrics and gynecology. Prior literature has not been sufficiently directive in identifying best practices in role, mission, and scope for Vice Chairs for Education. Methods: We developed and facilitated a workshop at the Association of Professors of Gynecology and Obstetrics-Council on Resident Education in Obstetrics and Gynecology (APGO-CREOG) annual meeting in February 2020. We brought together a national group of medical education faculty to elucidate the role of Vice Chairs and offer recommendations. After utilizing a previously described technique for gathering and reporting group recommendations, notes from small-and large-group discussions were collated, coded, and collapsed. Results: Four broad recommendations resulted. First, role clarity must be ensured, ideally with co-developed guidelines for responsibility. Second, the Vice Chair for Education should be charged with identifying departmental educational initiatives, including faculty development, utilizing best educational practices. Third, Vice Chairs for Education should implement and evaluate educational initiatives to enhance faculty well-being and promote a robust clinical learning environment. Finally, they should integrate with other Vice Chairs for Education within their institution and as part of national organizations to collaborate and develop best practices. Conclusion: These serve as guidelines to establish success and increase impact and suggest the potential for a national body of Vice Chairs for Education leaders to improve local and national educational outcomes.

Abstract:

Observing hygiene behaviors in Islam is a desirable and important issue. The Holy Quran has pointed to it clearly and regarded it as its guidance and order. There are dozens of verses in the Holy Quran which discuss the hygiene and observation of hygiene, which is a part of growing-up and development; and on the other hand, there are important statement of the Prophet in the prophetic lifestyle which indicate his serious efforts in this regard. For instance, one can think of Religious leaders' lifestyle teachings and practical practices about the characteristics of each person and the maintenance of mental health in different age groups, which leads to safe growing-up and development. This descriptive-analytical article examines the methodology of religious education in three periods including adolescence, adulthood, and aging, and the way of treatment with each of these statistical populations has been examined by three examples of Prophet’ s speech style and behavior. In adolescence, the issues including, mood swings, spending time with others, and conflicts with others have been taken into consideration; in adulthood, issues including working life, mental health, positive attitude, and good performance; and at aging, issues including praying, respect for the elder and reform the attitude.

Abstract:

This survey has been carrid out to discover the effective factors on using students' journals by the 9th region Azad university students. The approach which we used was descriptive, exploratory, applied, profiling, measuring and has been used for 400 students of the 9th region which were chosen from all university branches by category sampling approach. Generally our finding index showed that %27.5 of the respondents never read these journals while most of %72.5 of the rest almost read these journals. On the other hand the results of testing theories represented that in general the factors related to papers i.e the people's attitude towards the journals strategy appearance and concept affect on students in reading journals but the role and concept influence of these journals are more than two other variances. Two other variances such as course of study and how they like reading which is related to the individual interest don’t have any effect on reading students' journals.

Abstract:

The aim of this study was to provide a neuro-cognitive self-development model of leaders with emphasis on academic leaders. In this research, a qualitative approach and a meta-synthesis method (Sandelowski & Barroso) has been used. The population in this study consists of 1700 scientific-technical documents searched in 4 domestic and 11 foreign scientific databases. Following thematic and content selection from these documents, 63 documents were finally selected and analyzed. In addition, coding method was used to analyze the findings. In order to ensure the dependability of the structured method for recording, writing and interpretation, and to ensure the credibility of the research, the data trinity method has been used. The findings identified five key dimensions. The first dimension is neurological context with specialized, cultural, physical and technological dimensions. The second dimension is neural strategies (EEG, SST, PET, FMRI, TMS, OT, CTS, Neuro feedback) based on neural technologies. The third dimension is the cognitive strategies (cognitive mapping, application of cognitive-behavioral systems, response time analysis, critical thinking, conceptual net-working and semantic expansion) which through using classical cognitive methods, involves in diagnosis and development. The fourth dimension is the neurological competencies (self-awareness, self-control, self-learning, self-regulation, self-motivation, self-adaptation, self-improvement, and neural self-reward) which are expected to grow in the brain. Finally, the fifth dimension is the cognitive competencies (self-knowledge, self-criticism, self-decision making, self-education, self-evaluation, self-perception, self-leadership, and cognitive self-talk) which develop in peoplechr(chr('39')39chr('39'))s mind. Thus, neuro-cognitive competencies will be developed in academic leaders through creating a neuro-cognitive context and then applying neurocognitive strategies, neurocognitive competencies in academic leaders will be developed.

Abstract:

In today's management world, some leaders, due to having a self-centered and arrogant personality and being in a position of power, use less of their mental abilities and capabilities over time and have little mobility, which this over time reduces their intellectual capacity. In fact, these people, after coming to power, suffer from short-sightedness and irrational domination, which results in weakness in the intellectual activities of leaders, especially in the field of decision-making. the present study with aimed to understanding the effective factors and consequences of the leaders Huberris phenomenon was conducted. The present study is a Developmental research with a qualitative and quantitative approach. The statistical population of the study is experts who were selected using the snowball sampling method and based on the principle of theoretical adequacy. The data collection tool is a semi-structured interview in the qualitative part and questionnaire in the quantitative part was used. In this research, coding method and Atlas. ti software were used for data analysis in the qualitative part and dimetl fuzzy method was used for quantitative analysis. The results indicate that irrational dominance, power paradox, delusional perception of genius and personal knowledge, cerebral immobility and laziness, arrogance and narcissism and personality and behavioral disorders are the most important factors shaping the phenomenon of Hubris leaders in Public Organizations. Also, the centralization on decision-making, arrogant leadership, exploitation of human resources, authoritarian management and reducing the motivation and commitment of followers and subordinates are the most important consequences of the Hubrisleaders phenomenon in Public Organizations.

Abstract:

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effect of generative learning teaching based to pattern cognitive Load on the memorization math of 7th grade students of in the academic year of 2021- 2022. The research method is quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test with four groups: two control group and two experimental groups. The statistical population of the study consisted of all 7th grade male and female students of District 2 of Mashhad city that 112 person sample was selected by single stage cluster sampling method. The subjects in the experimental group involved in generative learning based to cognitive Load in 16 sessions and the control group did not receive any interventions. The research instrument consisted of a 20-questions researcher-made test. To analyze the obtained data, Multivariate analysis of covariance and SPSS version 24 software were used. The results showed that generative learning teaching based to approach cognitive Load have a positive and significant effect on 7th grade students' memorization math. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that one of the effective training on math memorization students is the use of generative learning on the based load cognitive pattern.
